The Citizens Advice Bureau values its volunteers highly. A large percentage of CAS workers are volunteers, as advisers, administrative workers, IT specialists or management committee members. • able to read complex information and explain it
• able to cope with basic mathematics
• able to work as a team member
• able to commit yourself to a certain number of hours each week
